OTHER STATE REGULATORY PROGRAMS

The current federal quarantine (Interim Rule Ch 7 CFR 301.92) and subsequent emergency order issued on April 22, 2004 regulate commodities in the state of California and parts of Oregon. The pending federal Executive Order will cover all of Oregon and Washington state and will super cede all other state quarantines.
